At Peter Jackson, we are committed to ensuring your tailored garments fit perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and spare buttons are included to avoid processing delays.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Peter Jackson retail boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
